Fire Spinning - Contact Staff
Enjoying going with the flow of music spinning my contact fire staff! Going with the flow and stopping the mind, yet retaining full alert awareness of the present, can lead to amazing resonance within.
Physical Theater - "Pickled Business"
This is performance that I personally devised and directed for the final showcase of the Physical Theater Diploma I completed in 2016. The piece explore the theme of Time and Conformism within our frenetic society, breaking out of our slavery and discovery the Joy within.
Piano Improvisation
Improvised piano music dedicated to my ancestor (In this photo my great-grand father I never met )! Playing piano has always been in my blood since I was a child and I am a self taught musician. I cannot rad music but I can let my hands flow on the keys and trust that whatever comes, without judgement or expectations-
Puppetry show
Performing the magic of puppetry for children. How a simple piece of foam can become alive to the heart of spectators. Particularly challenging for two puppeteers to animate one puppets. This require great-levels of coordination, training and communication. It is in my eyes another form of resonance between two people!
Improvised Dance
Me performing at the "Something Smashing" Edinburgh night. The event brings together a group of musicians and dancers who don't know each other ,to improvise together for 20 minutes. No rehearsal, just flow and Resonance between dancers and musician, to share instant composition, magic in the here and now.
