Feeling stuck or unbalanced in life or/and in your body? Qi-Gong can help you!

Qigong is a system of self-healing that has been used in China for thousands of years to achieve health and longevity. Qigong is easy to learn, less strenuous than yoga or Pilates, and is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.  
In these classes, you will learn exercises that combine three elements: abdominal breathing, slow movement, and visualization – to harmonize the body, mind and spirit.

Both relaxing and invigorating Qi-Gong provides numerous health benefits, such as balancing hormones, reducing stress and regulating blood pressure. By cultivating the life force energy within our body, Qigong optimizes health and well-being, increasing  vitality, enhancing immunity, building stamina, developing mental acuity and revitalizing sexuality.

Each class will focus on warming up and awakening the Body's Qi (energy) and then move it around the body through some Qi-Gong excercises Form, to promote flow and well-being.


Spring Classes in Edinburgh (Tai Chi- Qigong)

Every Tuesday (evening):   18:10 - 19:10

Drop-in, all levels welcome. 

Class Cost:    drop in  £8 (£6 concession)  
Block of 4 classes: , £28 (£22 concession)

Note: you don't have to attend all classes, each class stand as a stand alone session suitable for beginners.
