Free-Flow Dancing Qi-Gong

Are you intrigued about this? Do you like dancing and would like to explore your movements more? Would you want to discover new sides of your body and voice?

I would like to invite you on this exploration journey with me as a blend of some of my life's greatest passions and practices. 

I am a Qi Gong instructor and ,as I am a passionate improvisational dancer I have discovered the way that Qi Gong principles have been helping me in unleashing my most creative body potential and moves.... And I am exploring a way to share it with others!

through Qi-Gong, Dance and Sound Vibration

What to expect: 
- Learning easy QI-GONG exercises: Activate and allow free flow of your body’s vital-energy (“Qi”)
- Free-expression DANCE: Direct and channel the activated Qi into a free-flowing dance session
- Exercises to explore VOICE VIBRATION and LIVE MUSIC (…ending with a GRAND PIANO concert!!) to focus inward and awaken our body free SELF-EXPRESSION through movement


What is Free-Flow Dancing Qi Gong?

Qi-Gong means "working with the Qi energy", the all-pervading vital life force that keeps us alive. Good Qi circulation in our bodies promotes our emotional, psychological and spiritual balance and wellbeing. In Free Flow Dancing Qi-Gong we first learn and practice easy Qi Gong exercises which integrate physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention to activate, move and build-up our body “Qi”. By consciously detaching ourselves from the “critical & judgmental mind” and exploring the essential concept and principles underlining the Qi-Gong practice, we then direct our activated “Qi” into an improvised dance to free our body’s unique movement patterns and let our body’s energy flow. Letting our body “be danced” we connect to our highest creative potential.

This is an invitation to nourish, expand and elevate our spirit together and enrich our experience, to re-connect and re-energise our body.
