Sowing the seeds of Awakening

Spring has truly sprung and all around us the sap is rising in the trees, flowers are blooming and the birds are making their nests. 
But do we feel our own energies rising or do we still feel blocked or stagnant after the winter months? To where do we want our energies to flow this Spring and summer? What seeds do we want to sow in order to manifest what we want for ourselves? 

Bringing together a magical weave of sound and vibration, this sound journey will be complimented by guided meditation, energising breath and gentle movement, all designed to help us connect with our innate inner peace and stillness. 

From this place of deep relaxation and acceptance we are then able to plant our seeds, sending roots deep into the fertile soil of our souls. From these strong foundations we can then send our branches up to the heavens to bring the light of the cosmic sun to energise our wishes and intentions. 

Francesco and Claire's meditative sound journeys have a profound and deep healing effect and are proving more and more popular. 

Among the live instruments you can expect are a Piano, Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Siberian mouth harps, Tibet bell, Overtone singing, Hokema thumb pianos, Shruti box, Koshi Chimes, South American flutes, Aboriginal rainsticks, rattles and much more

About us: 
Claire Swetha: Claire is co-founder of Greenside Retreat Centre in Fife. She co-facilitates self-enquiry retreats which incorporate trans-personal shamanism, meditation, sound healing, movement and dance to facilitate deep healing. She is trained in several aspects of energy healing and shamanic healing. She has many years‘ personal experience of yoga, meditation and self-enquiry practice. 

Francesco Benvenuti: With a background training in Traditional Chinese Medicine bodywork, Shamanic energy healing and the 5-Rhythms dance-movement practice, Francesco is a multi-instrumentalist with an evergrowing passion in sound healing and vibrational sharing. Using powerful vocal techniques such as Overtone Singing and Siberian Mouth Harps, Francesco has been developing a unique way of working with voice, harmonic vibrations, body and subtle energies.He has been helping out Claire at Greenside Retreat Centre and is very grateful to be on a conscious healing path.
