What's is Conscious Dance?
Conscious dance is a non-competitive, body-based way of freeing your body.There’s no wrong way to move and your shape and measurements don’t matter. PURE FREEDOM.
We will combine some initial guidance, Qi-Gong principles, Live Sounds, with freestyle elements that will help you clear your minds, get into your bodies and release anything that no longer serves you..

I will be offering you
- A warm, candle-lit, safe and held space to dance freely, let go of judgement, re-energize,No talking, no distractions, just the music and us/you.
- A Spacious dancefloor , with no Alcohol or Drugs, and nobody harassing you (Conscious Clubbing!)
- Qi-Gong and Meditation exercises, to help you ground, warm-up, loosening up and feeling comfortable in the space.
- A DJ Mixer/set and an INCREDIBLE AMAZING MUSIC Collection!!!! .. TUNES that I CANNOT WAIT to share with you. Music which will blow your mind-up and carry your body's soul.
- some LIVE MUSIC (!!!!) to enrich the Resonance and Vibrations of your dance (...a Grand Piano, Harmonium, Tibetan Singing Bowls)
- (Possibly some Special Guest Live Musicians to add a spice to the mix :) !! ).

There is strength in numbers, So let’s gather together in this safe space container, to raise our vibration.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Venue capacity is limited to 25- 30 dancers Max, so if you plan to come, either send me a message to reserve a space, or just show up and attempt your luck (You might not be able to join if its' full)
Suggested Donation in exchange:
£10 – £6 (Concession) sliding scale at the door (cash only). If you REALLY feel you cannot afford it, OFFER what you can, but don't let money be a barrier to your dance!!

About the Facilitator:
Francesco has a background training in Traditional Chinese Medicine bodywork,Shiatsu, Tai Chi - Qi gong and the 5-Rhythms dance-movement practice, Francesco is a multi-instrumentalist with an evergrowing passion in sound healing and vibrational sharing. Using powerful vocal techniques such as Overtone Singing and Siberian Mouth Harps, Francesco has been developing a unique way of working with voice, harmonic vibrations, Qi gong and subtle energies. Francesco is very grateful to be on a conscious healing path and to share his gifts.
